Create your TIM4biz trial account at account sign up.

We'll send your Cisco UCM credentials to you.
These include the SFTP/FTP server address, username, password, and target directory you'll need for the CDR Repository Manager configuration below.

Enter your TIM4biz credentials into your Cisco UCM CDR Repository Manager as described below.

Sign in to your TIM4biz account to view your reports.
Reports can be run interactively on the website and can be scheduled to be automatically emailed to you.
Cisco UCM CDR Repository Manager configuration
Open Cisco Unified Serviceability and configure the CDR Repository Manager to push CDR files to TIM4biz.
Navigate to: Cisco Unified Serviceability → CDR → CDR Repository Manager → Billing Server Configuration

CMR (Call Management Records)
Enabled (recommended for full call quality data)
Click Save to apply the billing server configuration. The CDR Repository Manager will begin transferring CDR files to TIM4biz automatically.
Note: CDR files are typically transferred within minutes of a call completing. If CDRs are not appearing in TIM4biz within one hour, verify network connectivity and credentials on the CDR Repository Manager status page.
