Call accounting

PBX, VoIP & hosted phone system support

TIM4biz collects CDR and SMDR from on-premise PBXs, hosted PBXs and cloud calling platforms — over serial or network — and turns it into searchable, billable, reportable call data.

How TIM4biz connects

Choose the transport that suits the site. We support legacy serial right through to modern cloud APIs.

Async serial / RS-232 serial

RS-232 from the PBX SMDR port via a local capture appliance.

FTP / FTPS / SFTP

Scheduled CDR file drops to our hardened ingestion endpoint.

HTTPS

Cloud PBXs securely POST CDR records to our encrypted HTTPS ingestion endpoint via mTLS.

TCP client

TIM4biz dials out to the PBX and reads the CDR stream.

TCP server

The PBX dials in and pushes records to our listener.

Telnet

For legacy systems that only expose CDR over a telnet session.

Syslog

UDP/TCP syslog streams from session border controllers and SIP PBXs.
