Connect Grandstream to TIM4biz

Configure your Grandstream UCM PBX to send CDR call records to TIM4biz in real time over HTTP/HTTPS. Over 100 reports are then available to analyse traffic, cost, and performance.

Create your TIM4biz account

Start with a trial account. We'll send your Grandstream credentials once you're set up.

  1. Create your TIM4biz trial account at account sign up.
  2. We'll send your Grandstream credentials to you. These include the server address, username, and password you'll need for the API configuration below.
  3. Enter your TIM4biz credentials into your Grandstream PBX as described below.
  4. Sign in to your TIM4biz account to view your reports. Reports can be run interactively on the website and can be scheduled to be automatically emailed to you.

Grandstream API configuration

Open your Grandstream configuration page and set the CDR Real-time Output values exactly as shown.

Navigate to: Value-added Features → API Configuration → CDR Real-time Output Settings

Required settings

Enable Checked
Server Address As provided by TIM4biz
e.g. https://tim4biz.com/services/grandstream.ashx?Bxxxxxxxx
Delivery Method HTTP/HTTPS
Format JSON
Username As provided by TIM4biz
Password As provided by TIM4biz

Click Save to update your Grandstream system. CDR records will begin flowing to TIM4biz immediately.
