Connect Vodia to TIM4biz

Configure your Vodia PBX to send CDR call records to TIM4biz in real time. Over 100 reports are then available to analyse traffic, cost, and performance.

Create your TIM4biz account

Start with a trial account. We'll send your Vodia credentials once you're set up.

  1. Create your TIM4biz trial account at account sign up.
  2. We'll send your Vodia credentials to you. These include the CDR URL, username, and password you'll need for the configuration below.
  3. Enter your TIM4biz credentials into your Vodia PBX as described below.
  4. Sign in to your TIM4biz account to view your reports. Reports can be run interactively on the website and can be scheduled to be automatically emailed to you.

Vodia CDR and Recording configuration

Open your Vodia configuration page and set the CDR and Recording values exactly as shown.

Required settings

CDR URL As provided by TIM4biz
e.g. webcdrs://tim4biz.com/services/vodia.ashx?Bxxxxxxxx
CDR username As provided by TIM4biz
CDR password As provided by TIM4biz
Password (repeat) As provided by TIM4biz

Click Save to update your Vodia system. CDR records will begin flowing to TIM4biz immediately.
